SPRING & SUMMER SALAD SELECTIONS

  • Local spring greens with Terra Vita Farms pea shoots, shaved asparagus, slivered local radishes, sweet peas, fresh mint and garlic almonds in a lemon champagne vinaigrette
  • Red, white & blue salad of local greens, mixed berries, Holly Grove fresh goat cheese and sugared pecans in our pink peppercorn poppy dressing
  • Fresh burrata topped with nectarines, plums and tomatoes and North Carolina cured ham
  • Zucchini ribbons & baby arugula topped with marinated tomatoes, fresh corn, avocado, fresh basil and our cornbread croutons

FALL WINTER SALAD SELECTIONS

  • New fangled Waldorf salad of mixed apples, Asian pears, dried cherries & apricots, buttermilk blue cheese, slivered onion and maple glazed nuts dressed in cider dressing on Bibb lettuce
  • Mixed kale tossed with marinated beets, roasted butternut squash & grapes, lentils, pomegranate seeds & garlic almond in a pumpkin dressing
  • Citrus salad of ruby red grapefruit  & oranges topped with kalamata olives, crushed pistachios, fresh mint and goat cheese atop mixed local greens in a citrus vinaigrette
  • Mixed local greens with sliced apple, Asian pear, fresh fennel, pickled cranberries, Prairie Breeze aged cheddar and spiced pumpkin seeds in a maple cider dressing
